The bathroom is spacious with a shower cubicle and a bath. The laundry located at the back on the ground floor has machines and dryers for tenant use with a rotary line for outside drying.
The rent per week at the property includes utilities – power, water and internet.
There is 1 off-street parking with this room. And it is not suitable for pets.
