Since gaining my real estate license in 2011 my focus has been on growing my skills and developing a broad knowledge and understanding of how to achieve the best outcome for my clients. I undertake regular training so that my skills remain up to date and relevant at all times.
My focus has always been on building great relationships with people so that an investment property increases in value for the investor and provides a stable well-maintained home for the tenants. In my role as portfolio manager, I enjoy organising and troubleshooting issues so that they are resolved swiftly and promptly. A broad knowledge and excellent negotiating skills ensure the best results for all of our clients.
We offer all our clients the benefit of being able to communicate easily with the Property Representative directly who has vested interest in achieving the best result for the Investor.
Whether it's a Landlord checking on property compliance for their investment property or a tenant seeking a new place to call home, the same level of honest open communication will still be the most important aspect of my role.
